Shaw Auditorium Unit Presents: Stamp Your Way to a Surprise 2026

Introduction:

The Shaw Auditorium Unit is excited to announce the return of our popular stamp collection campaign! Join us for “Stamp Your Way to a Surprise 2026” and continue enjoying a variety of art and cultural events at the Shaw Auditorium. As you participate, collect stamps on your card and redeem them for our exciting gifts. Don’t miss this opportunity to engage with inspiring events and take home some exciting new gifts!

Participants:

This campaign is open to individuals of HKUST students, faculty and staff, as well as Friends of HKUST Shaw Auditorium.

Updates:

• A Notebook & Pen: Redeemable upon collecting 4 stamps.
• A Mystery Gift: Redeemable upon collecting 4 more stamps (8 stamps in total).

Terms and Conditions:

• Each individual is entitled to only one stamp card. Duplicate or multiple cards for the same person will be considered invalid.
• Present this card and your event ticket to our staff after attending an eligible event to collect one stamp.
• No stamps will be issued after the event day.
• A Notebook and Pen can be redeemed when 4 stamps are collected. A Mystery Gift can be redeemed when 4 more stamps (8 stamps in total) are collected.
• Gifts can be redeemed only when the specified number of stamps is filled on the same card. Stamp cards cannot be combined for redemption.
• Stamp cards that are not redeemed for any reason before the redemption deadline will be deemed forfeited. The Shaw Auditorium Unit will not assume any responsibility or offer compensation.
• If the stamp card is obtained through unauthorized channels or is modified, copied, forged, destroyed, altered, or reused in any way, it will be considered invalid.
• The Shaw Auditorium Unit reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions.
