Shaw Auditorium Unit Presents: Stamp Your Way to a Surprise Fall Term 2025

Introduction:

The Shaw Auditorium Unit is excited to announce the return of our popular stamp collection campaign—now featuring updated gifts! Join us for “Stamp Your Way to a Surprise Fall Term 2025” and continue enjoying a variety of art and cultural events at the Shaw Auditorium. As you participate, collect stamps on your card and redeem them for our newly refreshed gifts. Don’t miss this opportunity to engage with inspiring events and take home some exciting new gifts!

 

Participants:

This campaign is open to individuals of HKUST students, faculty and staff, as well as Friends of HKUST Shaw Auditorium.

 

Updates:

• Notebook: Redeemable upon collecting 3 stamps.
• Stationery Set (including a tote bag, a pen and a file): Obtainable with an additional 3 stamps. (6 stamps in total) 
• A Grand Prize: Redeemable upon collecting 3 more stamps (9 stamps in total).

Terms and Conditions:

• Each individual is entitled to only one stamp card. Duplicate or multiple cards for the same person will be considered invalid.
• Present this card and your event ticket to our staff after attending an eligible event to collect one stamp.
• Only one stamp is allowed per event.
• No stamps will be issued after the event day.
• A Notebook can be redeemed when 3 stamps are collected. A Stationery Set (including a tote bag, a pen and a file) can be redeemed after collecting additional 3 stamps (6 stamps in total). A Grand Prize can be redeemed when 3 more stamps (9 stamps in total) are collected.
• When redeeming a prize, the specified number of stamps must be filled on the same stamp card to be considered valid. Stamp cards cannot be combined.
• Stamp cards that are not redeemed for any reason before the redemption deadline will be deemed forfeited. The Shaw Auditorium Unit will not assume any responsibility or offer compensation.
• If the stamp card is obtained through unauthorized channels or is modified, copied, forged, destroyed, altered, or reused in any way, it will be considered invalid.
• The Shaw Auditorium Unit reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions.
