Shaw Auditorium Unit Presents: Stamp Your Way to a Surprise 2025

Introduction:

Shaw Auditorium Unit is delighted to introduce our upcoming brand new stamp collection campaign – “Stamp Your Way to a Surprise 2025” starting soon! This fresh initiative offers a unique opportunity to engage in a diverse array of art and cultural events at the Shaw Auditorium while earning stamps on your card that can be exchanged for exciting gifts.

Participants:

This campaign is open to individuals of HKUST students, faculty and staff, as well as Friends of HKUST Shaw Auditorium.

Updates:

• Tote Bag: Redeemable upon collecting 4 stamps.
• Water Bottle: Obtainable with an additional 4 stamps (total of 8 stamps).

"Stamp Your Way to a Surprise 2025" campaign will be wrapping up on Aug 31 (Sun)! After the event Beyond Time by LENK Quartet (Jun 18), we WILL NOT be issuing new stamp cards. Please redeem your gifts from us before the deadline. After Aug 31, any stamp cards that are not redeemed for any reason will be deemed FORFEITED.

We invite you to stay tuned as we prepare for this exciting transition to a new chapter in our stamp collecting adventure!

Terms and Conditions:

• Each individual is entitled to only one stamp card. Duplicate or multiple cards for the same person will be considered invalid.
• Present this card and your event ticket to our staff after attending an eligible event to collect one stamp.
• Only one stamp is allowed per event.
• No stamps will be issued after the event day.
• A tote bag can be redeemed when 4 stamps are collected. A water bottle can be redeemed when 4 more stamps (8 stamps in total) are collected.
• When redeeming a prize, the specified number of stamps must be filled on the same stamp card to be considered valid. Stamp cards cannot be combined.
• Stamp card that are not redeemed for any reason before the redemption deadline will be deemed forfeited. Shaw Auditorium will not assume any responsibility or offer compensation.
• If the stamp card is obtained through unauthorized channels or is modified, copied, forged, destroyed, altered, or reused in any way, it will be considered invalid.
• Shaw Auditorium reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions.
