ORGANIZER
The University Choir, HKUSTSU

Established in 1994, The University Choir, HKUSTSU seeks to promote the art of choral singing, to arouse interest and to enhance choral singing standards of members from different schools of the University. Under the experienced guidance of the Music Director, Mr. Francis Mok, The University Choir has progressed promisingly in both its performing repertoire as well as its performance proficiency and professionalism.

The University Choir also regularly performs for various occasions such as its yearly highlights - The Annual Performance, Fall Semester Performance, University Performances (e.g. My First Dinner @ HKUST, Information Days, Alumni Gala Dinners etc.), Celebration Banquets etc. Recently in Year 2024, The University Choir has been granted Second Place in the 76th Hong Kong Schools Music Festival, as recognition of quality performance.

On top of performances and weekly rehearsals, The University Choir organizes social activities such as the Orientation Day, Farewell Party etc., which have fostered unique bonds and nurtured strong friendships amongst choir members.
