In the daily studies of students, you learn about the concept of “sustainable development” across various courses—whether it be energy and the environment in science and engineering courses, water resource management in geography and environmental science courses, or global challenges and social responsibility in business courses. To understand more about what sustainable development means, and how we can achieve it on campus with science and technology to conserve scarce resources, HKUST is organizing this special lecture and project demonstration to bring together sustainability with science and technology.
