In this session, you can focus on your body with static yoga stretching exercises to release pain and practice mindfulness with tea zen to find tranquility in your self-love journey. The session provides a platform for participants to find a body-mind balance.
Remarks:
1. Please wear activewear or clothing that is suitable for movement.
2. Please note us beforehand if you have any injuries.
