Greetings students, and welcome to HKUST!
At HKUST, we embrace and celebrate the cultural diversity and multi-talents among our students. To kick off the new semester, we will organize a series of activities themed Global Village - come experience the carnival-style cultural booths featuring games, handicrafts, and free food and beverages, led by your fellow students from around the world!
Additionally, to kick off the University’s 35th Anniversary celebrations and joined by our President, Vice-Presidents and Deans, we will host an opening ceremony featuring exciting performances that blend music, dance, traditional cultures and more! Last but not least, there will also be interactive quizzes with opportunities to win big prizes, including innovative products from HKUST startup companies!
You are all invited to this celebration, and special gifts will be awarded to those who attend in national or traditional costumes. We look forward to seeing you there!
