Are you having a balanced Diet in Hall? If not, smoothie is a good choice for you. Fitness Connection are going to hold a Healthy Smoothie Workshop in next week. In the workshop, we will teach you how to make two types of smoothie:

 

1.     Piña Colada Smoothie 
-vegan, milk-free smoothie 
-main ingredients: coconut milk, banana, pineapple, plain greek yoghurt

2.     Strawberry Banana Smoothie 
-simple recipe, easily everyone’s favourite 
-main ingredients: strawberry, banana, honey, milk 
 
To be environmentally friendly, you are encouraged to bring your own water bottles to store the smoothie after the workshop.
