On behalf of the University, the Academic Quality Advancement Team of Academic Registry (ARO-AQA) sincerely invites you to share your valuable feedback by completing the Student Feedback Questionnaires (SFQ) for courses you have taken. Your feedback is essential to help us improve the quality of our outreach and academic programs.
To encourage your participation, we are excited to announce Three Rounds of Lucky Draws for the AY2025/26:
- Round 1: Complete all your AY2025/26 Fall Term SFQs and submit the Qualtrics form by 31 December 2025 (Wednesday) to unlock your chance to win a Coffee Shop Coupon.
- Round 2: Complete all your AY2025/26 Spring Term SFQs and submit the Qualtrics form to earn another chance to win a Coffee Shop Coupon. More details will be shared in due course.
- Final Round: Students who qualify for BOTH Round 1 and Round 2 of the lucky draws will automatically be entered into the Grand Prize Draw for a chance to win a Tablet or other exciting rewards. Stay tuned for more information.
Reminder: Most Fall Term SFQs will close on 30 November 2025 (Sunday). Survey availability may vary slightly by course, please refer to your email for specific details regarding each survey’s start and end dates. It takes about 5 minutes per course to make your voice heard and gain a chance to win a great prize!
