Accumulating evidence converges to underline the contribution of sleep and sleep disorders to the cognitive and emotional wellbeing of individuals with and without mental illnesses. How we sleep in one-third of our life-time carries a pervasive impact on the two-thirds day in, day out.
In this talk, we shall first introduce the scientific bases of the roles of sleep in how we think, feel, and act. We shall then share with you how to sleep smart and flourish.
