Relationship is a significant element of life, and boundaries are crucial in relationships, no matter at home or at school. In every kind of relationship - from family and friends to classmates and someone you just know, healthy boundaries create mutual respect between individuals are pave the way for sustainable and comfortable relationships, enhancing our well-being. Without healthy boundaries, we can feel unsafe and imbalanced. By learning to set boundaries, we could develop into a deep, long-term connection that is filled with love and respect. 

 

In this workshop, you will 

  • Understand more about what "boundary" is in relationships 
  • Learn about various types of boundaries
  • Recognize healthy and unhealthy boundaries in relationships 
  • Know our own boundaries
  • Gain tips for setting healthy boundaries in relationships
