Interested in learning how to maintain and repair home electronic appliances? Join a hands-on workshop hosted by Household Electronic Reborn, an organization that focuses on repairing electronic appliances to give them a second life!
Through the workshop, you will gain valuable maintenance skills, and the repaired items will be donated to communities in need. After attending the workshop, you can support Household Electronic Reborn at their future service opportunities to further train-up your repair abilities, and serve the wider community!
This workshop is co-organized by HKUST Connect and the HKUST Impact Makers program.
Founded in June 2022, Household Electronics Reborn is a community-driven initiative focused on repairing home appliances to reduce waste and promote resource circulation. Their efforts not only help the environment but also pass on valuable skills to future generations, creating a sustainable impact.
About HKUST Impact Makers Staff Volunteering Program
Organized by the Sustainability/ Net-Zero Office in collaboration with the Human Resources Office, the Impact Makers program encourages staff to contribute their time to meaningful causes.
