Pitching Forum for Global AI Challenge for Building E&M Facilities Winning Teams
The Global AI Challenge for Building E&M Facilities organised by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) and Guangdong Provincial Association for Science and Technology was a huge success. It has attracted the participation of 126 teams of research fellows, students, startups, and corporates from more than 10 regions around the world to participate in the AI Competition.
To continue the momentum of encouraging knowledge exchange and collaboration in the industry, you can join the livestreaming session of the hybrid event - Pitching Forum for Global AI Challenge for Building E&M Facilities Winning Teams organised by the E&M AI Lab which will take place on 27 March 2023 (Monday).
The E&M AI Lab is a collaborative initiative by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, in collaboration with all stakeholders from Government/Authorities, Industry, Academia and Research Institutes. The initiative aims to accelerate effective partnerships in support of big data and AI development on building E&M facilities and combat the future challenges including but not limited to carbon neutrality, smart city initiatives etc.. The Pitching Forum will have representatives from the Grand Awards winning teams of the Global AI Challenge for Building E&M Facilities to share insights from their successful experience in developing the semantic AI model for building E&M facilities. They will also share recent research and projects they are working on and their learnings and insights related to Big Data and AI applications for building E&M facilities that can help combat future challenges such as carbon neutrality, smart city initiatives, etc.
