Paul has over 20 years of IT management and consulting experience focusing in financial services sector, currently leading the FinTech practice and Asia Pacific Blockchain Lab. Prior to Deloitte, Paul served as CEO of Fintech, CIO for bank, brokerage firm, and global conglomerate, as well as practice leader for other major consulting firms, specialized in deploying emerging technologies.
