Ir. Cheung was a graduate from University of Toronto. He has over 30 years of experience in railway engineering industry and is renowned in local engineering community. Ir. Cheung has served in various position in many professional institutions and has lectured in post-graduate level engineering courses. Ir. Cheung is currently the Managing Director of KONE Elevator (HK) Ltd.

Ir. Professor Yuen is currently the President of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. He is a professional engineer working in the public hospital engineering sector in Hong Kong with more than three decades’ experience. Ir. Professor Yuen is currently with the Hospital Authority Head Office and oversees all public hospital engineering facilities and related processes, from design and construction through to operation and maintenance.

Professor Christopher Yip began his term as Dean of the Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering in July 2019, after serving two years as Associate Vice-President in the University's International Partnerships Office. As a former director of the Institute of Biomaterials & Biomedical Engineering, he provided leadership to more than 100 research engineers and scientists engaged in discovery and product development in varies areas and encourages its PhD students by providing funds for international research partnerships.
