L'Occitane “Impact Crafters 2025”

Whether you’re a sustainability enthusiast or just starting to explore sustainable business, this is your moment to step up, innovate, and lead! Join L’Occitane en Provence to shape a future where business fuels positive change.

This is your stage to shine and learn to become a sustainable business professional! You are challenged to design a new circular business store solution for the L’Occitane MEGA (#MakeEarthGreenAgain) store to boost recycling and refill rates for natural beauty products. The winning team will be engaged for a 6-week paid internship, job shadowing, 2 weeks of retail campaign experience to actualise your business solution, and a cash prize of HKD 10,000!

What’s the challenge?

• Work in teams of two to create a two-week store operation.
• Attend an open lecture on sustainable business practices, gaining insights from industry experts.
• Participate in a hands-on workshop to hone your skills in ideation and implementation.
• Join a volunteer event hosted by us to connect with the sustainability community.
• Compete in the Pitching Presentation, where the top 20 teams will present their ideas.
• The winning team will bring their vision to life with a two-week store operation, a 6-week internship, and a HK$10,000 cash prize!

• All undergraduate students (local & non-local) currently enrolled at:
  • The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK)
  • Lingnan University (LingU) 
  • Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU)
  • The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU)
  • The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST)
• Any team of two can join by submitting a proposal

• If your file is too large to attach via email, upload the file of a maximum 100MB file size to the online storage drive of one drive (details will be shared later).
