Leadership Development Workshop

There is no one ideal type of leader.  Everyone has multiple leadership traits within them. This online workshop will be your great first step to becoming the leader you are borne to be.  Come and Explore your Leadership pathway with us!

A leadership development workshop based on students' Lumina Spark portrait/report.  

You can explore:

1.      how to apply your Lumina portraits/reports in the workplace,

2.      the dynamic of your workstyle and how others perceive you, and

3.      how to flex your own work and communication style to be a more effective leader.

Remarks

If you have not attempted Lumina Spark yet, you will be provided a trial at no cost.  The trial takes less than an hour and can be done at your own pace. However, you would need to attend a short debriefing conducted by the Dean of Students Office prior to the workshop to ensure that you can benefit from the workshop.
