InnoCarnival 2022

Underscoring the theme “Innovation & Technology empower our dreams”, “InnoCarnival 2022” features various types of activities, including the showcase of local inventions and research achievements, InnoTech online workshops, online seminars and interactive games.
The HKUST booth (#D09 in Green Zone) features mainly the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of HKUST members. Most of the exhibits are innovative startup projects developed by our students, alumni or faculty and many of them are interactive. They consist of awards winning projects of HKUST-Sino One Million Dollar Entrepreneurship Competition 2022 such as the Platinum Award (champion) winner, “AutoSafe”, a new system to automate worksite safety with AI; and Gold Award (first runner-up) winner “FLASH Diagnostics”, a rapid test kit for animal disease.
