Overview
Remarkable advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) have been witnessed in recent years, extending far beyond large language models and image processing. AI is revolutionizing scientific discovery and enabling curiosity-driven research across diverse fields such as life sciences, chemistry, physics, environment, material science, fluid dynamics, and healthcare. This workshop aims to showcase the pioneering work of HKUST researchers who are making significant contributions to these areas, highlighting their transformative findings. To further strengthen our position in AI-driven scientific research, it is crucial to enhance our collective efforts in fostering innovation and unlocking new possibilities. The workshop will also provide a platform to explore opportunities for further collaboration among researchers, paving the way for groundbreaking advancements.
