How is AI and Big Data Reshaping Financial Services

Financial services providers are making efforts to adopt AI and big data for task automation, consistent customer services, deep-dive behaviour analysis, as well as efficient fraud finding. They also need to manage the risks and concerns that arise along the journey of transformation. In this talk, Mr. Shreyansh Durgesh (Senior Consultant - Digital Payments, Teradata) will share AI and data analytics use in financial services with industry examples from fintech companies such as PayPal, MasterCard and large banks. 

About the speaker

Mr. Shreyansh Durgesh is an experienced digital payments professional who has worked for over 18 years in technology consulting and financial services industry across geographies - US, UK and Asia. In these roles, he has built products, launched technology solutions, evangelized new products and driven strategic business initiatives with large businesses, payment processors and ecosystem stakeholders. Prior to Teradata, Durgesh had worked at payment companies like PayPal, Visa and American Express. He holds an MBA degree from the National University of Singapore.
