HKUST-BDR Joint Research Institute (HBJRI) is now offering PG and senior UG engineering and science students opportunities to work as an intern in Bright Dream Robotics (BDR) in the coming summer at its headquarters in Shunde, Guangdong. BDR, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Country Garden, is a robotics company focusing on construction robots, AI and smart community. Students will be recruited as engineer assistants, working on special R&D topics such as research on smart construction management, outdoor 3D real-time positioning and map construction, algorithmic Building Information Modelling, etc. under the guidance of BDR engineers. Allowances and accommodation will be provided to the interns.
