In order to help potential applicants obtain more information about the open call and enhance their skills in writing proposals, HMRF Research Fund Secretariat will organize two briefing sessions cum grant skills training workshops with identical content.   The workshops will be conducted in the form of small group discussions which aim at enhancing participants’ skills in writing research proposals. The target participants are researchers who are interested in applying to the HMRF.
