The Engineering Student Ambassador (ESA) Program is a leadership opportunity for students who are passionate about engineering to develop relationships with various stakeholders with the aim of promoting the School.
As HKUST School of Engineering representatives, you will be involved in numerous outreaching activities, such as Information Day, Engineering Exploration Days, local secondary schools & overseas delegation visits, campus tours, emcee of events, amongst many other prestigious opportunities. Ambassadors will also be involved with social media content creation, discovering others’ stories to post or sharing their own personal ones to influence the public’s perception of engineering.
Selected ESAs will undergo training workshops on soft skills e.g. communication and persuasion, meet alumni, professors, scholars and VIPs from around the world, receive an official appointment letter from the Dean of Engineering, and have a chance to receive a letter of recommendation from the School. If you are passionate about promoting the School and engineering and wish to strive for personal growth, join us now!
You are invited to understand more about the program and meet current ESAs at the Info Session!
