Department of Electronic & Computer Engineering - Huawei Robotics 2024 Career Talk
This career talk will first give an overview of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., followed by the introduction of Huawei's main viewpoints in the direction of intelligent robots and Huawei's layout plan in this direction. The talk will further share Huawei's progress in the robotics and embodied AI fields, including but not limited to digital world reconstruction, robotic simulation, multi-modal data synthesis technology, and foundation model for robotics. Finally, some trend judgments in the field will be given.
Mr. Shunbo Zhou is a research scientist at Huawei's Embodied AI Innovation Lab and a member of Huawei TopMinds Program. He is currently leading a team to build Huawei's Cloud Robotic Platform. Prior to that, he received his PhD from the T Stone Robotics Institute of The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
