Description:

Hustle and bustle of university life could be stressful and frustrating. Some of us may easily get into negative emotions, spending time thinking over stuff that has happened or worrying over things that might happen in the future. Mindfulness is the practice for helping us to purposely focus on the present moment, bringing our attention back to experience life without making judgment.

By practicing mindfulness techniques not only enhances psychological wellbeing but also boost focus and productivity whilst reducing stress and building greater resilience. Here and now, find your inner peace and enjoy the present moment.
