[Compulsory] New Exco Orientation for Student Organizations (Session 2024-25)

A warm greeting from the Student Support & Activities Team (SSA) of Dean of Students’ Office (DSTO) to New Exco of Student Organizations. To get you started with your new roles and responsibilities, we will arrange the New Exco Orientation (NEO) every year. 

 NEO is a compulsory training for new executive committee members of student organizations affiliated to Students’ Union and associated with DSTO. It consists of essential information, advisor matching and team building activities. It also provides a chance for the societies and groups to get to know other societies’ fellow exco members.

a. Module: Preventing Sexual Harassment on Campus(It will take approximately 45-50 minutes.)




b. Personal Data Privacy @Edpuzzle(It will take approximately 15 minutes.)




RequirementsEach society must send at least 2 representatives to attend one session

3. Storage space for society/group materials
4. Booking of CMO, DSTO (including sports venue), ARO and CSO facilities for group activities
