Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC)
2020 Guangdong-Hong Kong Technology Cooperation Funding Scheme

ITC is now inviting applications for the TCFS. TCFS aims to enhance collaboration on R&D among universities, research institutes and technology enterprises in Hong Kong and Guangdong/Shenzhen. Both platform (10% industry sponsorship) and collaborative (at least 50% industry sponsorship) R&D projects with an element of cooperation between Hong Kong and Guangdong/Shenzhen are supported.

Only applications that fallen under the listed themes/topics will be considered. There is no specific upper limit on the amount of requested funding. For projects exceeds HK$30 million, approval from the Finance Committee of the Legislative Council is required. Project duration shall not exceed 24 months. 

Applications should be submitted electronically via the Innovation and Technology Commission Funding Administrative System.
