Senior Consultant of Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC), has over 20 years of professional experience in leading and executing environmental management projects and research projects including comprehensive trade survey, environmental study, solid waste treatment, wastewater re-use/treatment, recycling technologies and separation technologies of nano-materials. Dr. Choy is the project manager/deputy project manager and key leading officer of many consultancy projects such as “Market and Technological Studies for Recycling Fund”, “Provision of Trade Facilitation Services for Plastic Shopping Bags Levy Scheme”, “Municipal Solid Charging Pilot Scheme at Hong Kong International Airport”, “Provision of Services for Annual Performance Appraisal for Clinical Waste Control Scheme”, the works including formulation of study strategies, development of trade engagement methodology, face-to-face interviews with stakeholders of different trade associations, etc. Moreover, Dr. Choy has a high level of expertise in implementing government funding fund and conducting environmental policy study and comprehensive trade survey as well as performing fundamental research and industry R&D.
