The Chief Executive announced to launch a $10 billion “Research, Academic and Industry Sectors One plus Scheme” (RAISe+ Scheme) in the 2022 Policy Address. Starting from 2023-24, the Scheme will fund, on a matching basis, at least 100 research teams from universities that have good potential to become successful start-ups to complete their projects in two stages within around five years.

Organized by the Office of Knowledge Transfer, this information session aims to let HKUST faculty members better understand the RAISe+ Scheme, including the eligibility, submission of applications, funding amount, matching ratio, funding scope, and vetting process.

All HKUST faculty members are welcome to join.
