This interactive workshop brings participants together to explore the therapeutic power of music in alleviating stress and enhancing well-being. Throughout the workshop, participants will discover the benefits of music therapy and its role in managing stress. Engage in hands-on activities, including rhythm exercises, group singing, and improvisation. Experience guided relaxation techniques set to soothing music to promote mindfulness. Connect with peers through collaborative musical expression, fostering a sense of community.
