Greetings from HKUST Office of Global Learning, and congratulations on your upcoming exchange next Spring!
We would like to invite you to attend a pre-departure briefing session / get-together. We strongly encourage you to attend. There are important things to plan surrounding going on exchange during COVID. We will provide you with lots of useful information and you can meet your fellow students going on exchange to the same region.
Key takeaways:
1) Meet other HKUST students (across Schools) going on exchange to the same region.
2) Meet HKUST alumni who went on exchange to the same region. You can ask them questions.
3) Receive useful info from our Office on important matters, including COVID-related planning, vaccination, quarantine, flights, insurance, International SOS, tips for handling emergencies.
