​This workshop explores key psychological concepts to help you better understand and navigate your relationships. By examining Attachment Theory and Sternberg’s Triangular Theory of Love, you will gain insight into your attachment style, emotional needs, and the interplay between intimacy, passion, and commitment. You will also learn to recognize recurring interaction patterns between partners, promoting mutual understanding, constructive communication, and personal growth in your connections.
