​This workshop aims to equip research postgraduate students with the necessary skills and strategies for establishing clear, respectful and effective communication with their supervisors. Participants will engage in practical scenarios, guided discussions and reflective exercises that will provide insights into managing expectations, as well as offering and receiving feedback. Additionally, the workshop will emphasize the importance of creating collaborative academic relationships.
