張東正畢業於香港科技大學 (BBA Marketing 2013)、入職富臨飯店 阿一鮑魚,擅長烹調鮑魚花膠、私房粵菜,現為斤両食品創辦人、斤両私房菜行政主廚。

Charles Cheung, graduate of HKUST (BBA Marketing 2013), is the Co-Founder in Catty and Tael Production and the Executive Chef in Catty and Tael Private Dinning.
