Dear UG Hall IX Residents,

 

How’s your university life so far? We hope that you have adjusted (or at least starting to adjust) back to the hectic but exciting life of a university student. This desire extends to ensuring that you, our students are in good health and shape. Thus, we are launching “Simply Life”—a series of events that will help you lead a healthier and more active lifestyle during your stay in UG Hall IX.  

The first of the two-part series of “Simply Life” is called “Let’s start our day right! Learn how to prepare Mason Jar breakfasts”. This will happen on February 21, 2018 (Wednesday) 7:30 PM at the Multi-Purpose Room of UG8. Here, we will teach you how to prepare sumptuous mason jar parfaits to spice up your breakfast options. A yoga instructor from Timely Dance Studio will also be present to teach us some basic yoga which we can incorporate in our everyday morning routine. This event will only accommodate up to 30 residents so please register as soon as possible!
