Everyone has experienced insomnia or some kinds of sleep disturbance and knows how frustrating it can be. If insomnia becomes a long-term problem, it can future interfere with our daily life and well-being. In this talk, you will explore how insomnia would affect our physical health, academic performance, social relationships and well-being and acquire evidence-based* tools (e.g. sleep diary, sleep hygiene, relaxation exercise and changing unhelpful thoughts about sleep) to cope with sleep problems and get a good night's sleep.
