Enrolment Method

2. Eligible applicant who has successfully enrolled will receive a confirmation email on 17 Sept 2026.
Vaccination
Eligible applicant who received the vaccination confirmation e-mail, please bring along your own valid HKUST card, and receive the vaccination at the designated venue during the designated date and time.

Remarks
1. This vaccine is applicable to individuals aged 50 years old or above.
2. Individuals aged 18-49 years old with immunocompromised conditions should consult a doctor and obtain medical certificate before receiving this vaccination.
3. This vaccination campaign is applicable to valid HKUST card holders ONLY.
4. The special fee is only available during the above scheduled period.
5. Health Care Voucher is NOT applicable to this“Shingles Awareness Campaign”.
6. Payment by cash ONLY.
7. The dates of the campaign may be subject to change under special circumstances and participant will be notified by email.
