Shaw Auditorium 5th Anniversary Celebration Gala

The year of 2026 marks the 5th Anniversary of the Shaw Auditorium. Over the past five years, the Shaw Auditorium has served as a landmark for diverse and dynamic events, ranging from cultural and artistic performances to significant university-wide activities. Among these occasions, student performances have consistently stood out as memorable highlights. By providing a platform for diverse student societies, the Auditorium has cultivated a spirit of collaboration and enriched the cultural landscape of our university community.

To celebrate this milestone, the Shaw Auditorium Unit present the “Shaw Auditorium 5th Anniversary Celebration Gala” and brings together the vibrant talents of our HKUST community. The gala featuring the student societies: Particles - Science Student Music Band, Dance Society, The University Philharmonic Orchestra, The Chinese Orchestra, The Rope Skipping Club and Tunatics A Cappella, each bringing their unique energy and creativity to the stage.

To end the night, a special performance has been prepared. The finale will bring back favourite moments from past HKUST Community Musicals, ending our 5th Anniversary celebration on a fun and memorable note.

Join us for an elegant night of celebration as we honour the past, showcase the present, and look ahead to an inspiring future.

2026年是逸夫演藝中心成立五週年的重要里程碑。過去五年來，我們一直盛載著多元化的精彩活動，從文化藝術表演到大學的各項重大盛事，成為校園的重要地標。

其中我們為各個學生社團提供展示才華的舞台，既促進了跨學生組織的合作，亦豐富了科大社群的文化底蘊 !

為慶祝這個重要時刻，逸夫演藝中心特別呈獻「Shaw Auditorium 5th Anniversary Celebration Gala」，匯聚科大社群的活力與卓越才華。演出將由多個學生社團傾力演出，包括：Particles - Science Student Music Band、香港科技大學學生會舞蹈學會、香港科技大學學生會管弦樂團、香港科技大學學生會中樂團、香港科技大學學生會跳繩學會以及吞拿魚清唱團，各個團體將為舞台灌注獨一無二的能量與創意 !

除此之外，我們更特別準備了壓軸演出，帶領大家重溫過往科大音樂劇的經典精彩瞬間，為五週年慶典畫上歡樂而難忘的句號 !

• Free admission.
• Online registration is required.
• Free-seating on first-come-first-served basis.
• Please arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the showtime.
• Children under the age of 6 will not be admitted.

ADMISSION RULES

• No food or drink is allowed.
• Unauthorized photo-taking, audio or video recording is strictly prohibited.
• Late-comers will be admitted only if there is a suitable break in the performance.
• The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, performers and seating arrangement. In case of dispute, the decision of the organizer shall be final.
