Event Description:

Join us for this two-part workshop where we will look at the best business etiquette and practices as well as look at managing our stress in tough situations.

Stress is inevitable in our lives. Instead of avoiding it, learn to manage it for the future success of your work-life. In this workshop, students in addition to learning about techniques to control stress, will also be guided to help them minimize stress/anxiety in daily life and future work by using simple techniques and mindfulness exercises.
