The transition to 6G marks a paradigm shift beyond bit transmission toward the deep integration of communication, sensing, computing, and intelligence. Realizing this vision demands full-stack innovation spanning channel models, antenna array architectures, and transmission paradigms. In this talk, I will present our progress on reshaping the 6G wireless pipeline from channel to content. First, I will introduce LAMBDA, an open multimodal dataset, and GeNeRT, a physics-informed neural ray-tracing framework for generalizable channel modeling. Second, I will show how hardware-efficient phase-time arrays can turn distorted wideband beams into frequency-selective rainbow beams for precise localization and enhanced coverage. Third, I will present AirFM-DDA, a delay-Doppler-angle domain wireless air-interface foundation model with order-of-magnitude efficiency gains. Finally, I will discuss digital-compatible semantic coding and joint source-channel-generation coding, shifting the transmission goal from bit reconstruction to semantic consistency.
