DocNet is an organization of more than 144 universities granting doctoral degrees in business administration and economics. Its purpose is to promote doctoral education in business throughout the world. The organization educates potential students about careers in academia and engages in a variety of recruiting strategies aimed at increasing the pool of qualified applicants for doctoral-granting institutions. HKUST Business School will host the DocNet Recruiting Forum in Hong Kong in October 2026, bringing together leading PhD programmes in business and prospective applicants interested in doctoral studies in business and economics, as well as careers in academia. We warmly invite you to join us and explore doctoral opportunities at leading institutions worldwide. Final-year undergraduate students, master’s students, recent graduates, research staff, and candidates from all academic backgrounds are warmly encouraged to attend. 

The event will include a panel discussion with faculty members and PhD students, followed by a recruiting fair hosted by participating schools.
