Mrs Belinda Greer has over 30 years’ experience in senior leadership roles in education, including working as a principal, Director of Education with local government in Scotland and as one of Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Education. Her experience spans a range of schools and education systems. In her current role, as the CEO of the English Schools Foundation, Belinda has responsibility for 22 schools delivering education to 18,000 students, K1 to Y13.
Professor Hyuncheol Bryant Kim is an economist and a medical doctor. He studies causal impacts of policy interventions in health and education sectors. He received an MD from Yonsei University, Korea, MPH from Seoul National University, Korea, and PhD in Economics from Columbia University, USA. He has published his research in leading journals such as Science, Review of Economics and Statistics, Journal of Public Economics, and Journal of Health Economics.
