创新创业教育的本质是要培养能够应对更加不确定性和复杂性世界的未来领导者。本次分享主要探讨在新的时代背景下,如何通过专创融合和教育创新提升创新创业教育的效率与有效性。主要内容包括三个方面:(1)对创新创业的理解,提出了卓越创业的基本框架;(2)通过对MIT等世界一流大学的工程教育和创新创业教育的观察和研究,探讨其如何建立起卓有成效的创新创业教育和实践系统,从发展和系统的角度探究MIT何以能够产生持续的影响力。报告特别从生态体系建设、教育项目与师资配置、典型课程、创业支持体系等方面展开介绍,揭示MIT如何开展创新创业教育并搭建了联通教学、科研、实践和校内外创新创业资源的开放式创新创业生态体系。(3)在梳理创新创业教育成功之道的同时,立足思考对我国高等教育的启示,并以天津大学为例,介绍了高校在创新创业课程、项目、专创融合和在新工科背景下的创新创业教育等方面的探索。

The essence of innovation and entrepreneurship education is to cultivate future leaders who can cope with a more uncertain and complex world. This lecture will focus on how to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education through interdisciplinary and educational innovation in the new era. The main content includes three aspects: (1) Understanding innovation and entrepreneurship, proposing the basic framework for Excellent in Entrepreneurship; (2) Through the observation and research of engineering education and innovation and entrepreneurship education at world-class universities such as MIT, explore how to establish effective innovation and entrepreneurship education and practice systems, and explore how MIT can generate sustained impact from a developmental and systematic perspective. In particular, the lecture will introduce the construction of the ecological system, educational projects and teacher allocation, typical courses, entrepreneurship support system and other aspects, revealing how MIT develops innovation and entrepreneurship education and has built an open innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem connecting teaching, research, practice and innovation and entrepreneurship resources inside and outside the school; (3) While sorting out the successful ways of innovation and entrepreneurship education, based on thinking about enlightenment to China's higher education, and taking Tianjin University as an example, to introduce the exploration that universities are carrying out in courses, projects, professional innovation integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in the context of new engineering.

天津大学管理与经济学部 The College of Management and Economics, Tianjin University

施亮星,天津大学管理与经济学部教授、博士生导师。他是中美富布莱特学者、MIT访问学者、PSU访问学者。任天津大学浙江国际创新设计与智造研究院副院长、天津市企业文化研究会副会长等职务。曾任天津大学宣怀学院院长(创始院长)等职务。主要从事质量管理、六西格玛管理、创新设计与卓越创业等方向研究。著有《从创意到影响力—MIT创新创业教育借鉴》。相关成果获得天津市社会科学优秀成果奖一等奖、二等奖,天津市教学成果一等奖等荣誉。

SHI Liangxing, Professor at the College of Management and Economics, Tianjin University. He is also a Fulbright scholar in Visiting Research Scholars Program, Visiting Scholar at MIT, and Visiting Scholar at PSU. He serves as Vice-Dean of International Institute for Innovative Design and Intelligent Manufacturing of Tianjin University-Zhejiang, Vice-President of Tianjin Corporate Culture Institute. He has served as the Dean (Founding Dean) of  Xuanhuai School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Tianjin University. His research interests include Quality Management, Six Sigma Management, Innovative Design and Excellent in Entrepreneurship. He has authored works such as From Creativity to Influence - MIT Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Reference. His relevant achievements received several awards, including the first prize and the second prize of the Tianjin Social Science Excellent Achievement Award, as well as the first prize of the Tianjin Teaching Achievement Award, etc.
