谈到信息技术，许多人首先想到互联网大厂这种技术中心，而后是“996”“过劳”等对互联网大厂的印象。实际上，几乎所有领域都面临信息化的洪流，其中也包括教育这一“国之根本”的领域。本期“鸣智茶话会”将邀请浙江大学信息技术中心总工程师张紫徽先生，谈谈是什么让张总工程师最终转向教育，互联网大厂和高校的工作生活究竟有何相似、有何不同，在从互联网大厂向高校转向的过程中又遇到了什么问题。
When it comes to information technology, many people first think of Internet giants as technology centers, followed by impressions of Internet giants such as "996" and "Overwork". In fact, almost all fields are facing the torrent of informatization, including education, which is the "foundation of the country". Mr. ZHANG Zihui, who previously served as the IT head of Taobao and Alibaba Group and currently serves as the Chief Engineer of the Information Technology Center, Zhejiang University, has extensive experience in working for both Internet giants and universities. Mingzhi TeaTalk #3 will invite Mr. ZHANG Zihui to talk about what made Mr. Zhang finally turn to education, what are the similarities and differences between the working life of Internet giants and universities, and what problems he encountered in the process of turning from Internet giants to universities.
张紫徽，浙江大学信息技术中心总工程师，先后担任淘宝网和阿里巴巴集团IT负责人，长期从事互联网技术研究和业务产品开发。2018年4月加盟浙江大学信息技术中心，任浙江大学信息化总工程师、智云实验室副主任、未来教育研究中心主任。设计了以“云计算+数据中台+浙大钉”的智慧校园的技术框架体系。启动“心中有数”“爱上云端”“浙大百科”三大建设项目，积极推进并完成“网上浙大”建设任务，为学校的数字化转型做好顶层设计和技术储备。
ZHANG Zihui, Chief Engineer of the Information Technology Center of Zhejiang University, has served as the IT head of Taobao and Alibaba Group, and has been engaged in internet technology research and business product development for a long time. In April 2018, he joined the Information Technology Center of Zhejiang University and served as the Chief Engineer of Information Technology at Zhejiang University, Deputy Director of Zhiyun Laboratory, and Director of Future Education Research Center. He has designed a technical framework system for a smart campus based on "cloud computing+data center+Zhejiang University nail". He launched three major construction projects, namely "knowing", "falling in love with the cloud" and "Zhejiang University Encyclopedia", actively promoted and completed the construction task of "online Zhejiang University", and made top-level design and technical reserves for the school's Digital transformation.
