A brief introduction to 5G will be first given, including technology breakthroughs of 5G, status of the industry supply chain, and market potentials. The next section will be focused on the weak areas of the supply chain in China - the RF devices, the current technologies and market status in the world, and challenges and opportunities for companies in China. Finally, emerging technologies for RF devices will be introduced, especially for mmWave applications in the next phase of 5G deployment.
