The James Dyson Award 2026 is now open for entries to creative inventors in Hong Kong to ‘Design something that solves a problem’.
As a global research and technology company with engineering, research, development, manufacturing and testing operations, Dyson has been known for its dedication to solving the problems that others have ignored.
Dyson now challenges university students and recent graduates of engineering and design to come up with an idea to tackle global problems, with a record prize money of £5,000 for the Hong Kong winner this year. The Hong Kong winner and two runners-up will later enter the final round for a chance to win £30,000 global prizes. There is NO entry fee – just bring your ideas and vision to the table!
