About the Speaker – Dr. Shin Cheul Kim
Dr. Kim is currently the Director of Technology Transfer Center (TTC) cum Chief Executive Officer of HKUST R and D Corporation Limited at HKUST. He was the Director of TTO at HKU and senior vice president in Agency for Science Technology and Research (A*STAR) in Singapore on technology commercialization. He was a founding member of NESS Display in Korea and managing director of NESS Display Singapore. He directly and indirectly setup more than 20 startup companies in Korea and Singapore with several exits.
Dr. Kim received a Ph.D. in Physics from Yonsei University in Korea and filed 14 patent applications.
