This engaging and contemporary workshop is designed to provide university students with a relatable and practical understanding of anxiety. Using the popular film Inside Out 2 as a foundational framework, we will demystify the experience of anxiety by exploring its cognitive, physical, and behavioral components. The session will translate the movie's intuitive metaphors into the evidence-based principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), offering participants tangible strategies to manage anxious thoughts and feelings in their academic and personal lives.
