Pre-enrollment
There is limited quota for HPV vaccination. To secure your spot for vaccination, you are required to complete the pre-enrolment.

Enrolment Method

2. A confirmation email will be sent on 17 Sept 2026 to applicants who has successfully been granted with a vaccination quota.
Reminders
★ This HPV Vaccination Campaign is applicable to valid HKUST card holders ONLY.
★ Department of Health has launched a free HPV Vaccination Catch-up Programme for eligible female
students born between 2004-2008, please refer to the relevant poster for details.
Vaccination
Successful applicants who received the vaccination confirmation e-mail, please bring along your own valid HKUST card, together with HKD$1,500 cash and receive vaccination at the designated venue during the designated date and time.

Remarks
1. To achieve the optimum immune response of the vaccine, please finish the 3-dose regimen in the designated dates.
2. For people aged 9-14 years old, a 2-dose schedule is recommended. The 2-dose schedule is the dates of the 1st and the 3rd dose. For people aged 15 years old or above, a 3-dose schedule is recommended.
3. The special fee is only available during the above schedule dates. Clinic standard price of $1900 per dose with consultation fee will be applied out of the schedule dates.
4. The dates of the campaign may be subject to change under special circumstances and participants will be notified by email.
