Previously, Fioni served as the head of marketing for multiple startups, guiding them from early stages to Series B while emphasizing sustainability and resource optimization. Passionate about making a positive impact, she actively educates students about food waste and fosters entrepreneurial thinking, striving to create solutions that benefit both people and the planet.

Not Only Powder (NOP) rescues and repurposes visually "ugly" and surplus produce. We transform these nutrient-dense fruits into long-lasting powder, drink and healthy snacks. Our mission is to reduce food waste and empower people to embrace healthier, sustainable lifestyles. Additionally, our platform enhances the collection process and measures data related to food waste and CO2 emissions.
